Laborer
Under direct supervision of the construction foreman, the Construction Laborer is responsible for providing support to construction projects by performing various manual tasks and assisting skilled workers to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.
Tower Technician
Under direct supervision of the construction foreman, The Cell Tower Technician, also known as climber, is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of cell tower equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability of wireless communication networks.
Jr. Foreman
Under general direction and with support from a project team, The Jr. Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing a team of workers, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. A Jr. Foreman is the entry level trial run of the Foreman position.
Foreman
Under general direction and with support from a project team, The Construction Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing a team of workers, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Sr. Foreman
Under general direction and with support from a project team, The Senior Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, managing a team of workers, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This is more seasoned role in the Foreman series.
Superintendent
Under the general direction of the VP of Construction, Superintendents bring a wealth of experience and expertise in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Project Coordinator
Under direct supervision of a Project Manager, Project Coordinators (PCs) provide clerical and organizational support by contributing to the stated goals of QTC INC through procedural support and service to internal teams.
Construction Manager
Under general supervision of the Project Manager, Construction Managers (CMs) contribute to the stated goals of QTC INC by providing functional and/or operational services within the affiliated department or program. They provide specialized support by utilizing general construction knowledge, skills, and abilities of the department’s particular field to complete various assignments of moderate difficulty.
Project Manager
Under the general direction of the departmental VP and COO, Project Managers (PM’s) contribute to the stated goals of QTC INC by serving as technical and/or operational experts in their field. They are expected to be individual contributors as well as leads on organizational initiatives. Managers possess and apply advanced knowledge in their field of specialization by completing tasks of significant complexity.
Electrical Apprentice
Under direct supervision of a foreman, Electrical Apprentices provide site support and acquire hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the field of electrical work. Under the guidance of seasoned professionals, they actively participate in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills within the electrical trade.
Associate
Under direct supervision of a manager, Associates play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of the operation. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to key functions within the company. Responsibilities may include assisting in project management, conducting manual labor, contributing to team collaboration, and performing administrative tasks as needed. Associates possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
Manager
Under the general direction or the departmental lead, Managers contribute to the stated goals of QTC INC by serving as technical and/or operational experts in their field. They are expected to be individual contributors as well as leads on organizational initiatives. Managers possess and apply advanced knowledge in their field of specialization by completing tasks of significant complexity.
Director
Directors serve in leadership roles at or near the top of the organizational structure. They manage and lead other managers just below them, serving as a mentor and ensuring their managers implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives correctly. Directors work with managers to evaluate business operations and identify issues that might hurt the company. They often deal with budgets to ensure the organization or department meets financial goals.
Vice President
Reporting to the COO, Vice Presidents (VP’s) are department leaders and functional staff experts. They contribute to the stated goals of QTC by providing strategic insights and concepts that support the core strategies of the business; by providing tactical management of staff (or contractors) with developed specialized knowledge; and/or functional expertise. This level requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems, theories, and practices relevant to multiple disciplines and how they are interrelated.
Chief
Reporting to company ownership, Chiefs are experts at their trade with complete mastery. They contribute to the stated goals of QTC by providing strategic insights and concepts that support the core strategies of the business and implement change initiatives on a strategic level. This level is an extension of ownership.
Mod Tech Welder
Under direct supervision of the site foreman, the Mod Tech is responsible for performing tasks as a climbing welder where precision and excellence the standard. Mod Techs perform welding tasks of varied complexity and safely operate all hand tools for fabricating, cutting, fitting, welding, and erecting structural steel.
Shop Welder/Fabricator
Under direct supervision of the fab shop foreman, the shop welder performs welding tasks of varied complexity while demonstrating precision and safety in fabricating, cutting, and fitting.
Estimator
Under the general direction of the Business Development Manager, the estimator prepares bids for construction projects by estimating budget costs, studying plans, and analyzing specifications. They evaluate offer by site requirement, additions, and costing changes.
