Job Duties but not limited to:

  1. Exhibit positive, cooperative, courteous behavior with customers, businesses and co-
    workers.
  2. Supervises field crew members / directs work.
  3. Assembles / Climbs / Rigs.
  4. Perform daily inspections on rigging equipment.
  5. Selects correct cables, ropes, pulleys, capstans, blocks and slings.
  6. Attaches loads with slings, loops, wires, ropes and chains to shackles and crane hook and/or load line.
  1. Participate in on-the-job training with on-site personnel.
  2. Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  3. Provide Technical support.
  4. Assist with work / employee training as directed by management.
  5. Complete required paperwork (time cards, expense reports, service reports, etc.).
  6. Maintain OSHA safety standards.

Employment Standards:

  1. Experienced Rigging Preferred.
  2. Demonstrate ability to learn and perform climbing / rigging and safety and company work
  3. procedures.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Planning, organizational and analytical skills.
  6. Demonstrate ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  7. Demonstrate ability to bend, kneel, climb, and squat. Have full range of motion.
  8. Physical Ability to lift up to 50lbs. unassisted.
  9. Demonstrate ability to operate hand tools.
  10. Welding experience not required, is preferred
  11. Class A License will be required. Must attain permit in first 90 days. Current Class A License strengthens candidate.
