Fleet Coordinator Starts at $15/negotiable DOE

Job Description

To aid the Fleet Department with a variety of tasks.

Operations Coordinator Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Reading e-mails and prioritizing red alerts.
  2. Updating and creating excel trackers in table format.
  3. Sending various e-mail reminders and requests.
  4. Follow up on incomplete tasks.
  5. Reporting deficiencies to supervisors.
  6. Review and audit various reports relating to fleet service and maintenance schedules.
  7. Review reports for accuracy.
  8. Prepare for, attend, and host meetings as needed.
  9. Coordinating with internal and external parties (Example: ordering parts, coordinating and
    tracking back orders, shipping, and receivables.)
  10. Review financial information pertaining to purchasing (approve invoicing, gather quotes,
    preparing and submitting purchase orders)
  11. Maintain excellent communication with a good attitude.
  12. Assist with various projects including but not limited to;
    o Fleet Coordination
    o Material Coordination
    o Warehouse Coordination
    o The merging of communication between all of the above
  13. Tracking progress, ETAs, and completion dates of projects.
  14. Follow up with and send reminders to Managers.
  15. Report deficiencies.

Requirements:

  1. The ability to regularly and punctually attend work.
  2. The ability to flourish in a high-stress environment.
  3. The capability to clearly communicate regarding projects and deadlines.
  4. Must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday
  5. The availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
  6. The availability to work overtime as needed.
  7. Must be comfortable working in a construction office environment
  8. Must be detail oriented and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Must possess strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Computer and E-mail proficient.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote etc.)
  3. Knowledgeable with HOS, DVIR, and commercial driving regulations.
