General Construction Foreman

Quality Telecom Consultants is seeking a General Construction Foreman for our growing business in California.

Job Duties but not limited to:

  1. Drywall Patching.
  2. Finish carpentry.
  3. Rough Framing.
  4. Electrical Knowledge.
  5. Plumbing.
  1. Sheetrock.
  2. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client, staff, subcontractors, and all persons on the project.
  3. Review and monitor manpower, equipment and material. Familiarize yourself with general conditions, specifications and blueprints for the project site.
  4. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures.
  5. Ability and experience managing a small team.

Job-related Tasks & Other Requirements:

  1. Must be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60lbs of weight.
  2. Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and squat. Have full range of motion.
  3. Must be capable of working at heights above 20 feet in lifts or bucket trucks.
  4. Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR driving history.
  5. OSHA 30 (Preferred, not required).
