Project Manager (NorCal) - Steel Division

Job Description

The Project Manager (PM) Leads the Success of their department through Relationships, Performance, Financials, Growth and Development, Accountability and Reporting. The PM is a Leader and a Manager, they are responsible for 2-3 direct reports and managing third party and cross-departmental relationships with other stake holders.

Project Manager Job Duties

The Project Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

  1. Lead the projects from start to finish.
  2. Ensure the timeline is realistic and on-schedule.
  3. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  4. Lead meetings, presentations, and trainings with key stakeholders.
  5. Work with external vendors to ensure all requirements are met.
  1. Monitor progress and report on the project status.
  2. Review all documents and specifications to ensure they are complete and accurate.
  3. Ensure that project documents are complete, accurate, and in accordance with QTC Inc’s. policies and procedures.
  4. Perform all duties in a professional manner at all times.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, subcontractors, etc. to
    ensure proper communication is maintained.

Requirements

  1. Must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday.
  2. Must be willing to work extra hours and weekends when needed.
  3. Must be comfortable working in a construction office environment.
  4. Must be detail oriented and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
  5. Must possess strong organizational skills.
  6. Experience with project management and construction are preferred.

Job Type: Full Time:

Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year

  2. 12 hour shift
