Job Description

Under the direction of the Controller, performs accounting duties. Responsible for coordinating and/or completing all reconciliations and postings to assist with the month end close. Banking and Cash Flow analysis daily and communicating with the Controller are of the highest importance.  WIP Analysis monthly across all divisions & departments.

  8. Quarterly Business Estimated Tax Payments
  9. Insurance & Other Audits
  10. Financial Statements/Reporting
  11. Month End Closing
  12. Quarterly Bank Reporting (borrowing base report)
  13. Year-end CPA tax documentation preparation
  14. Monthly PM reports
  15. 401K Administration
  16. Overhead AP Invoice approval
  17. Vendor Management
  18. Supplier Credit Applications
  19. Credit Cards
  20. Weekly/Monthly Credit Card Payment Processing
  21. Monthly Credit Card Account Reconciliation
  22. Overhead & Fuel/Ice-Water/Hotel CC approval
  23. Accounts Receivable
  24. Match Exception Invoices
  25. Customer Invoicing
  26. AR Other Invoicing
  27. Inter-company billing
  28. Client Receipts (payments) processing
  29. Assist Departments with job financial recon
  30. Collections
  31. Payroll
  32. Job Labor costs changes as needed
