Accounts Payable Supervisor
Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
- Supervise and manage all areas of the Accounts Payable Process including Credit Cards.
- Supervise and manage all areas of the Accounts Payable Process including Credit Cards.
- Workload allocation.
- Full Cycle Accounts Payable.
- Scan invoices into Sage Paperless Construction system.
- Process daily AP invoices, ensuring proper coding and routing (average 60-80 invoices daily).
- Weekly check runs and payments (checks, ACH, and credit cards).
- Manual check request processing.
- Answer vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Interact with the vendors and managers regarding issues relating to invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Monitor AP aging and follow through with managers.
- Assist in developing appropriate policies and controls for entire payables process.
- Comply with and promote corporate policies, procedures and ensure proper internal controls are
being followed. - Work on special projects as required.
- Complete all essential functions for month end closings.
- Annual preparation and filing of 1099s.
- Vendor Management.
Essential Core Competencies (Skills and Abilities):
- Computer/Office skills – Microsoft Office/Outlook, typing & 10-key.
- Experience with Sage 100 Contractor &/or Sage Paperless.
- Experience with Pre-lien notices and Mechanic Lien filing (a plus, not required).

expense.
