Project Coordinator (SoCal)

Job Description

To assist the project manager in developing, coordinating, and implementing all tasks.

Project Coordinator Job Duties

  1. Reading e-mails and prioritizing red alerts.
  2. Updating excel trackers.
  3. Sending various e-mail reminders and requests.
  4. Follow up on incomplete tasks.
  5. Report deficiencies.
  1. Review and audit various reports relating to Compliance and Training.
  2. Review reports for accuracy.
  3. Attend weekly meetings.
  4. Follow up with testers regarding damaged/lost gear.
  5. Maintain excellent communication with a good attitude.

Requirements

  1. Must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday.
  2. Must be willing to work extra hours and weekends when needed.
  3. Must be comfortable working in a construction office environment.
  4. Must be detail oriented and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
  5. Must possess strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Computer and E-mail proficient.
  2. Expert in Excel.
  3. Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, OneNote etc.).
